During the Town Council Meeting on 01/13/20, First State Military Academy Raider Team received recognition for their sports placements. During the State Competition on 12/07/19, they were awarded the following: 1st place for Youth Physical Fitness Test, 1st place for Rope Bridge, 3rd place for HUMVEE Pull, 1st place for 5K run, and 1st place for Litter. They were awarded 1st place overall from the State. At the National Competition in Molena, GA, the male team placed 12th out of 24 teams and the mixed team (6 males and 5 females) placed 7th out of 21 teams.
