Town Council meetings are held on the second Monday of each month. Meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers.  
 
Additional meetings shall be posted in public view and/or advertised through a local publication of public record with respect to the standards of the Freedom of Information Act. 
 
Planning & Zoning
 
 
The Planning and Zoning Committee is appointed by the Mayor with the consent of Town Council and consists of five (5) town residents. The committee reviews proposed amendments to the Town’s zoning ordinances and other zoning changes and makes recommendations to Council. The committee is in charge of reviewing the Town’s comprehensive plan and makes recommendations to Council for revisions. Meetings are held the fourth Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. as needed in the council chambers.  Committee Members
 
 
Board of Adjustments
 
 
The Board of Adjustments Committee is appointed by the Mayor with the consent of Town Council and consists of four (4) town residents. The committee is responsible for granting or denying variances, special exceptions, and zoning appeals. Meetings are held as needed in the council chambers.

Appeals Board - Building Code
 
 
The Appeals Board is appointed by the Mayor with the consent of Town Council and consists of three (3) town residents.  The committee is responsible for granting or denying appeals in reference to the Building Code on decisions made by the Building Inspector.  Meetings are held as needed in the council chambers.  Committee Members
