Pursuant to Title 10, Section 8126 of the Delaware Code, notice is hereby given that the Town of Clayton adopted a zoning map as required in Title 22, Section 702(c) of the Delaware Code on September 9, 2019. A copy of the ordinance adopting this map and the map itself is attached. A copy can also be viewed at the Clayton Town Hall located at 414 Main Street, Clayton, DE 19938 during regular business hours. Phone 302-653-8419.
