The scope of this RFP includes the high-pressure cleaning of the municipal sewer and stormwater piping infrastructure, located throughout the incorporated boundaries of the Town of Clayton. The contractor will be responsible for identifying and clearing blockages, debris, sediment buildup, root infiltration, and other contaminants that may impede the flow of water in the system. In addition to high-pressure cleaning, root cutting and blockage clearing devices may also be required. The Town will notify the contractor on what areas will be cleaned and on what frequency.
