Artesian Purchases the Town's Water System
As of February 16, 2022 Artesian Water Company is acquiring the Town's water system. The system will be integrated with Artesian's existing regional water system in northern Kent County, Delaware. Closing is expected to occur in the 2nd quarter of 2022. Attached is the press release Artesian Water Company issued.
